HOA only allows 8 people 16 or older per house, the balance of the party can be children. $50 Resort Fee charged at check in.

This three bedroom two bath 1500 square foot home is the perfect lake getaway home. The home has all of its bedrooms on the street level which makes it convenient to unpack your luggage. One of the bedrooms has queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and a full futon, and the third bedroom has one queen bed and one full bed. This bedroom also dons a TV with a Playstation 3 and DVD player to entertain guests who enjoy playing games or watching dvds. Two of the bedrooms also have sliding glass doors to walk outside and star gaze at night. The lower level also has a washer/dryer and full bathroom. The home has all tile floors throughout except for the bedrooms that are carpeted. As you walk up the steps you can look past the beautiful wood dining table to capture the outside view through the sliding door. To the left, down the hall there is another full bathroom. Continue down the hall you will enter into a bright and airy kitchen. The kitchen has a propane range, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and glassware for twelve. The home also has air conditioning and heating for your comfort. Walking out of the kitchen is the sleek living room with leather furniture, another sliding glass door, a large TV and Blue Ray player. One of the leather couches folds down to a full size bed. Off of the living room is a large deck that is perfect to BBQ on the propane BBQ or relax with your favorite beverage. Evening entertaining on this deck is perfect as the deck is shaded from the afternoon sun. Mornings are great on this deck as well as the bright umbrellas will offer shade.

WE SUPPLY LINEN, BATH TOWELS, AND SUNDRIES. Additional charges 10% transient tax includes TMD tax. This home is located in the private, gated community of Oak Shores. Each vacation rental allows a MAXIMUM OF 8 people over age 14. The balance can be made up of children under 14. Only 1 boat or 2 jet skies on one trailer allowed per vacation home. Additional fees apply. Only 2 vehicles allowed to be parked at home. All other vehicles are to be parked in over flow parking with additional fee.
