Guests have access to entire home except the garage. Home is three stories and does require the use of stairs to get to all bedrooms.

Please note we have a strict policy on the maximum number of guests. A maximum of ten guests will be permitted and all names must be provided prior to arrival. Property is monitored by cameras to ensure maximum guests aren’t exceeded.

Additional charges
Per the Oak Shores Community Association Rules, A MAXIMUM OF 10 ADULTS MAY STAY AT THIS HOUSE. Guests/Renters must also sign and agree to the Oak Shores Community Association Guidelines before their stay. A maximum of two cars and one trailer may be parked at the house. If there are additional cars, renters will be charged $15 per day per additional car. The additional cars must be parked in the overflow lot within the gated community. This fee must be paid prior to arrival and a map to the overflow parking lot will be given at that time. Absolutely no pets allowed.
