Bring the whole family with lots of room for fun. This 4 bdrm, 2.5 bthm 2200 SF pet friendly home is everything you need for the perfect vacation. When you walk in you are greeted by a well appointed living room with incredible views. There is wifi, apple tv, and sonos speakers. There are 8 beds and the house sleeps 12 people comfortably. Home is in the gated community of Oak Shores. 10 adults max per house.

The space

WE SUPPLY LINEN, BATH TOWELS, AND SUNDRIES. Additional charges 10.5% transient tax includes TMD tax, Additional $150 pet fee plus tax for all pets. Oak Shores only allows a MAXIMUM OF 10 people over age 16 in any one vacation home. The balance can be made up of children under 16. Only 1 boat or 2 jet skies on one trailer allowed per vacation home. Additional fees apply. Only 2 vehicles allowed to be parked at home. All other vehicles are to be parked in over flow parking with additional fee.

Guest access

Located in the private, gated community of Oak Shores on Lake Nacimiento in Paso Robles Wine Country. You have access to our private marina, 18 hole miniature golf course, outdoor basketball court, and community swimming pool. We offer concierge services as well. Booking other activities must be in advance and subject to availability
