Rental Homes are located in the
private residential area of Oak Shores Community which is managed by the Oak
Shores Community Association. Oak Shores Community Association and Central
Coast Getaways, aka Dragon Lake Rentals restrict the number of adults per home
to 8 persons ages 13 and up. There is no restriction on the number of children
12 and under. Only 2 cars are permitted at the rental home; arrangements can be
made for additional vehicles. One boat or two personal watercraft are allowed
for each rental home, and one trailer. This trailer may hold one boat or two personal watercraft. Watercraft are
$25/Day or $125/Week for the first two weeks then no charge after the 14
days. There is also a $5.00 Quaggo Mussel Inspection Charge. Outside of Oak Shores, Monterey County Lake
Fees are also charged at $6.00/day and can be paid at the Oak Shores
Campground.
Access to Oak Shores shall be
denied to any persons whose names do not appear on the Oak Shores Community
Association Rental Registration form that is to be completed before the arrival
date. A renter shall not be allowed to enter names to the registration form or
invite guests to a rented dwelling once it is signed and turned into the
association.
Oak Shores community requires you to abide by the posted speed
limits within the community. You must be at least 16 years old and licensed to
drive any type of vehicle in the community, including golf carts and
motorcycles. Go peds are not allowed in the
community.
